Filed in November 1987 lost in January 1991
This case was a personal injury case when Pete Bennett rolled an Southern Pacific Railroad right of way near the intersection of Freed Way and Bliss Ave Pittsburg CA during late August 1987. Years later Bennett learned his key witness who failed to show up in court had been murdered on Sunshine Drive in Concord. His body was taken to the morgue but there is no Autopsy, then learned that Contra Costa County covered all the facts to the point you can't find a single shed of information on Floyd Brown Jr., shot dead and simply disappeared.
